it says I understand that in order ot access and retain electronic disclosers that i will need an email client such as netscape or microsoft outlook. I acknowledge that i am able to access the electronic discloses online.

What does this mean

i think they mean if you are willing to accept sensitive information via email and if you don't have access to email and for whatever reason can't see what they send you...it's your fault and you're liable for anything
