i was curious on your thoughts on GH use, what stack do you recommend with it? i.e. kind of tests, orals, slin use, etc...

if you were to do a cycle from january to june, using GH/slin/test/oral/etc... how would you run it?

thanks bro, look forward to your comments.......

I think to get the full benifit of GH you prob need to stack both T3 and Insulin, as levels of both become lowered during treatment. Androgens of course help the synergy as well.. I think GH use deserves a book of its own probably, as there is so much to discuss with this drug.. For dose, I myself have liked the lower range of 1-4iu daily. I know some swear by 8 though, but its just too damn costly..

My thoughts summed up quickly for a newer guys thinking about it is: GH is expensive, and NOT as nearly as strong at promoting muscle growth as anabolics. That said, it can also be an extremely important tool for many serious athletes/bodybuilders looking for more than steroids alone can provide. You simply must not lets its price and lower availability trick you into thinking it is THE thing.. I'm sure most of the vets around here share my thoughs on this..

Mr. Llewellyn,

Currently, what are your thoughts on using HGH alone as a fat burner?

Also, I see you like stacking HGH with T3 and Insulin. Can one use Glucophage in place of insulin?

I actually like it quite a bit, but for the $$ there are much cheaper ways to go about it. I tend to be very lean naturally myself, so I have felt like a lazy-ass in the past using GH instead of simply watching the fats, simple carbs and cardio..

I fiddled with GH at a younger age than that myself and liked it. Don't know how to answer that question exactly, except to say that there is no particular thing I would be worried about.

what about for a veteran, what do you like in a cycle with gh/slin, what would you recommend to a vet for an ideal cycle with gh.......how high of a dose of test do you like?use of an anabolic?what orals do you like with it as well??
thanks Bill

So would bridging with 2ius be effective? That way I could make a 126iu kit last 3months.....galaxy

2IU is not terribly low, and likely to cause acceptable results. Most find though that 4 is really the ideal starting point for good anabolic effect.

As for GH use for the more serious. I'd be something like 4-8IU daily, 2 training sessions and 2 insulin doses (this would be preferred over one if possible), a good amount of androgen, and some t-3. Gets damn expensive though..

Bill.....thanks for all the responses, you are a great help:)

what kind of workout do you think would yield the best results while on GH, heavy androgen, etc... in many mags i see that coleman supposedly works out 2x a day 6x a week, while mags seem to never say the truth, this type of workout seems to me to be the best way to take advantage of our super anabolic state, what would you advise in terms of routines as well as rep and set number schemes??? also, were you trying to say that you recommend slin 2x a day after training(assuming you train 2x a day), or once upon waking and once after training the largest muscle group???

The twice per day insulin schedule is to take advantage of two training periods as your surmised. I myself do not like insulin if not done after training, as it tends to put on body fat instead of muscle. So with a single session I myself would do only one application. Some find this type of schedule acceptable though, and the GH will certainly help, but in my mind twice is ideal here.

As for the training schedule, thats a tough one to answer for someone. I have always been one for intuitative training, meaning get to know your body and what it needs. With such a cycle you can get away with a 6 day schedule, twice daily, but it has to work with you also. If you are always dragging youself in for the second workout, its prob less productive than going in only once. Of course I'm just spouting off common sense here, my apologies for not having a "do this" answer.
