Ok I'll answer for her seeing as I'm bored.....this is a popular question.
She is separated not yet divorced. I dont know the details or both sides of the story but he sounds like he's acting like an ass.

Tis true. As soon as my some-day-to-be ex pulls his head out of his ass we can BOTH get on with our lives. Though I have committed my share of errors, he is making our (me and my girls) lives a living hell. We (me and the us girls) just want it to be over....and eventually it will be.
