Biggest TRT Fear

average-joe

New member
Im 49 years old starting trt through an anti-aging clinic on the 17th.
The biggest problem I have is low libido and occasional e.d.
My test levels were in the low to mid normal range.I know the test
will make me feel great and fix my dysfunctions. My biggest fear is
having to stop abruptly for some unforeseen reason and not being able to restart my hpta.Im starting at 100 mg a week, hgc 2x ew and adex 2x ew .Would I lose my testosterone producing function forever after a year or so even with a pct regimen

Its hard to say. Taking test for therapy is a big decision! I have friends that have taken test with no PCT and recover just fine. Then theres me that runs a great PCT and struggles to get close to normal! I would say that age plays a big part in being able to recover though. It would def be easier for someone in their early twenties to jump back then someone in their 50's i would think. I wish you the best of luck and hope things work out good for you.

average, you have a valid point. But I dont see the reason why you would have to stop unless its health related due to the test. In that case there are other avenues for you such as cialis, etc. I would for now go with the test if its going to improve your quality of life. Then take life 1 step at a time :)

Hey Caribeman thanks for the input ,Its anti-aging so my insurance doesnt cover it.
If I lost my job I /financial reasons I would have to stop.
And there is always the thought of, what if I just dont feel like pinning myself 3x ew anymore. I would like to know that if I stopped after a year or 2 I would be able to have my close to normal natural endocrine function

Typically it will recover over time. Even better if you were able to do a PCT if you did need to stop.
VIAGRA and CIALIS are good to have on hand to for that occassional ED.

A good way to help restart your HPTA Would be to add Forma stanazol,HCGenerate and Unleashed.

Run PCT to see if you can jump start your own production. Get your levels tested after 8 weeks or so and see how much improvement you get, plus, most importantly how you feel. If you still have low levels and physical issues, you could try HRT for a few months and see if it improves. At that point, if you want to go off it you could run PCT and would be fine. I would take those steps first and see what happens.

regarding trt ..what happens when your in your 60 s or 70s ..an no longer training or eating like a bodybuilder...but stuck with stickin a needle in every week or so????do older guys switch to gels or something?

if there's no health complications from it and a need to stop when ur old then yes ur stuck with needles all ur life and for most ppl there's a big benefit from it involving quality of life when we're old even if training is stopped.
and also scientists are always creating new alternatives or at least longer esters injections or pellets i think in the near future u won't have to pin more than once a month or for even longer periods, we already have test undecanoate and u can easily pin it every 2 weeks even though they say it can be effective for longer intervals period and can exceed a month which i believe not, but we're on the way, and we already have pellets sub-q implants that can last for six months or so.
i personally wouldn't worry much about it.

lol hey bro do u think they have steroids in heaven ??? or they'll just tell us to go to hell for that :D

Kinda think you are supposed to be in perfect form in heaven and will not need them. But, then again, we are never satisfied and will want to improve on that.
