Set a few today
Pushpress 315 x2 (almost 3 couldn't lockout the last one) never got more than one before
CG bench 315 x6 (5 was previous best reps)
DB lateral raises 50's x5 (reps PR by I think 2)
Just wanted to share. Started out feeling shitty and really tight, but ended up with an awesome day. I'm treating myself to some hotwings tonight.
