Hi

Need a bit advice being training for the last 8 months i Have used a STEROIDS. I done a course of test an sys tablets on a 6 weeks course.

I gained good size personally even tho alot of my mates thought i should have gained more. BUT THEN I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE AN STOP TRAINING FOR ABOUT 3WEEKS.

now im back in the gym 4 times a week but not feeling as strong as i was.
Only benching 50kg max.

I wanna get bigger an put on size. Im eating as much as i can an have stopped eating takeaway an all that. an sticking to goods meals an good food like pasta eggs milk chicken breasts.

I have also recentyl orederd some promax shakes to make me stronger and give me the protein i need.

I also had alot of bad experinces while jabbing my first couples of jabs i passed out.
I have always past out after a injection since i was a child. My mates freaked out an advised not to take em again. Is this normal or is it a risk if i go back on em.

Over the 6 weeks i passed out the first 3 times.

I really needed some guidence and a 121 trainer online some one that can adviseme an help me achieve my goals.

any comments or guidence would be much appreciated.

my stats are
23yrs old
5'9
11 stones

First of all take a few deep breaths and relax.

So you have yourself in a situation. Muscle gain is something that takes years to achieve. It doesn't just come and go in a few weeks.

Its normal to feel weaker after a few weeks. Just be honest with yourself about what you can actually do and proceed from there. You're the one that has to actually lift the weights and do what's necessary to improve.

If you're eating right that's half the battle. Making a lifestyle commitment is also very important. That means getting enough rest, cutting down or eliminating alcohol, smoking, etc.

It sound as if you're a little confused about what a good workout plan is. Check the Training Information sticky near the top of this forum It's a great place to start for some bottom line guidance on putting a program together that will be tailored for your actual goals. This site has several on-line training options that have received very positive feedback. I'm sure you must have received information about them when you signed up.

About that needle thing- Let me first say I'm not advocating that you use steroids as I know nothing of you personally. What I would do is visit a doctor and find out. Find one that specializes in sports issues. It would be worth it just for the peace of mind of actually knowing.
