ok guys I have this problem.. I used to be a kinda chunky fellow about 200lbs 5'11 and I lost a lot of weight over the summer down to about 155.. now I weigh about 165... but I have a problem with my stomach..I have loose skin and scary stretch marks, but you don't really notice them when I am standing up though... I've trying doing all kinds of situps and it still doesn't help ...what do you all do to fix this or what do you think would help? thanks for the help

congrats on the weight loss bro. however unfortunately the only way to get rid of loose skin is plastic surgery.

yea, loose skin is one of those things that is real hard to get rid of. I am sure if you stick with your training you will put on some muscle mass and that will help.

Vit E will help with the stretch marks yep (somewhat), don't know about the skin though. If you lost it slower I think it would not have been a problem, but dunno for sure.

I would have to agree with this bro. This would definantly be the cheaper route of plastic surgury. Hope everything goes well for you and keep us posted.

The stretch marks will fade and turn same color as your skin--just look red and stuff at first. There is a laser procedure out now to remove them--supposedly, no matter how old or new--don't know much more than that. Other than surgery--I don't know anything to help loose skin :(
