Big guy, need advice for Anavar Cycle.

6'2, 276, 27yrs old- Very Large Muscular build, Photo of me: (sorry wont let me photo under 25 posts. will message if requested.)

I've never done any sort of hormone manipulation ever.

After doing is much research as I could, it seems anavar suits what I want- which as you may have guessed is a weight shredder. Without the extra body fat I last fought(ammy boxer)5 years ago at 200lbs, with nearly no fitness training and weighed only 205 a month later. I've boxed since I was 12 and consider myself an expert at this point in my life(13-1(10 ko) as an ammy), I just need the body back.

After that I got into high end gaming which is high end fat ass making and 70 lbs later I look like the photo above.(Me at 200lbs even:(sorry wont let me photo under 25 posts. will message if requested.)
)

I have 2 children and am scared stiff of the possibility of my competing leaving my life forever as I close in on 30. To that end I'm willing to listen to all dieting suggestions to go along with an Anavar cycle. I have tried dieting alone and let me flatly state that natural weight loss is extremely difficult for my body for whatever reason. Cutting to heavy protein diets and drinking just water alleviated 10 lbs over the course of 3 months and was regained in under a month.

My primary questions are 1) What dosage should I be taking if gaining weight is the opposite of my goal and 2) How long should the cycle be.

Thanks for any and all input to a complete newbie. Right now I'm leaning towards 40-50mg daily doses but am not opposed to higher dosages or a stepping cycle something to the effect of 40,40,50,50,60,60. My only concern is that any additional weight is going to make it even more difficult to slide into cruiserweight(200lbs)so am uncertain how high of a dose to take without worrying about added bulk. I'm already a cardio monster even at my current weight can run 5 miles with the only side effect being sore feet/ankles- I'm very active but my bodyfat is like an unkillable superhero.

Help me out and I'll sign the pair of gloves from my next fight and send it to you :)

Unfortunately i'm not going to tell you what you want to hear, but Anavar isn't a shortcut to weight loss like you are thinking it would be and isn't right for your situation. You've got to change your diet, something isn't right if you can't loose BF on a boxer's training regimen. I've trained in a boxing gym, and it is a tough cardio workout, one of the toughest. If you're jumping rope and hitting a bag/sparing in rounds, you're burning serious calories.

Different dosages of var really won't affect weight loss vs weight gain, it's all what you eat. Spend some time in the diet section of this site, and count your cals and f/c/p grams per meal and every day. If done right you'll see what you need to maintain, and what you need to loose weight. It isn't easy, but it isn't easy for anyone.

If you're still set on taking something to help out which it seems like you are regardless of what advice i give, research alburerol or some of the SARMS. Others will tell you that you have too high a BF% at this point to be on any AAS because of the complications.

Steroids aren't a way to lose weight bro. eat right, and do a ton of cardio. geturself down to 220 and then reconsider if you want to cycle. taking steriods w/ at ur bf% is risky health wise. It would be bad on your heart. check out the diet section on here. get in a good routine. give yourself 6 months, see where you're at and then decide whether or not you want to juice. There are much safer ways to lose weight my friend. Trust me, wait 6 mos, and you'll be glad you did.

Thanks both of you for your advice.

I wasn't concerned about the bodyfat warnings because I thought this to be precautionary for unhealthy people with weak hearts. I Spar for at least 2 hours every 3 days, run daily, play basketball every free hour I get.

I'm extremely fit, at 276 lbs I can still dunk at 6'2 and hussle endlessly. Thus my desperation with the bodyfat- I'm stronger than ever but am dwarfed by ripped heavy weights.

My point in all this is that even considering that I'm already fit in every sense of the word but body fat, is heart condition still a problem? Is it an issue with how the fat is processed during cutting?

I'm a naturally gifted athlete that really messed up hard and put on a bunch of weight in 1 year and haven't in the 4 years since been able to lose.

Thanks for your time.

Diet bro. Roy Nelson, a ufc heavyweight, can dunk, run cardio around fit guys and knowck out a horse. but he's 6ft and 263. It aint all muscle either. as active as you are i'd safely say it's ur diet that sucks. if you eat right and you're still getting nowhere, go see the doc, it might be a thyroid issue.

Ok, and to answer your second question. Juice raises ur bp. most people overweight have high bp. you basically increase ur risk for a stroke or heart attack. would it kill you? prob not, and you'd prob be ok. but its just not necessary. Anavar would help you put on muscle and tone you up, but it won't help you lose weight.

I have a buddy, is naturally fat. he's 6ft 216 competing natty. he does 2 hrs of cardio daily and eats cleaner than a fitness competitor. I'm saying this bc if ur genetics lend you to gain weight now, you have to plan accordingly.

write down what you normally eat per day. I guarantee you it's your diet f'n you over.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I agree... most people that think they are eating clean don't realize it until they write it down and realize just how wrong they are...

i can tell you this right now, anavar is not the answer for you... no steroids are the answer for you... I can point you in the right direction on things that may help you to cut down but steroids are not the right option...

your not just risking high bp or heart problems with a high body fat on steroids... its also the fact that you are at a much higher risk of estrogen conversion than others... you also could really fuck up your cholesterol and the list goes on and on...

you need to fix your diet bro first off... then your cardio training needs to be consistent and needs to challenge you daily...

there are things you can take to aid in quicker fat loss but you need to get everything else in check first

Ok, I'll take the consensus advice here and hold off on the anavar. I was looking at hcgenerate, would that be advisable to take while doing an intense diet (like 1g protein per pound, 2600 calories) to stop from losing muscle?

What do you think you'd get out of taking that? I wouldn't bother, and keep learning from the diet section.

Can you please post up your diet for us. This will help us determine what changes need to happen. It is also possible that you are eating too little to lose weight. Remember this, your body has a base level of calories it needs to sustain normal body function, if you don't take enough in the body will just store what you do take in to fat stores because the body is going into starvation mode and protecting itself.

So please post diet.

Thanks
