Big cycle

first of all your goal from this cycle is extremely unrealistic, you want to gain 30lb of muscle while dumping 5% in body fat all at once? good luck budy

second, gh is going to do jack shit unless you run plent of adrogens along with it, (250mg/test/every 5th day is nothing)

why dont you do yourself a favor and forget anavar and winstrol, get more test maybe some dboll and run tren along with those two

i would do something like:

750mg/test/week
30mg/dboll/ed
75mg/tren/ed
4iu/gh/ed

focus on bulking, eat as much as you can, high protein plenty of complex carbs, dont do cardio

gh will keep the fat off of you
 
ok, here is the scoop, at 21, i weighed only 130 lbs, thru juicing, i was able to ballon up to 180 lbs. was able to maintain that weight, ans extremly strong( benching in the 300s and don't even train for bench anymore,) i was just too fat, didn't like how i was carrying the weight( a lot of water and fat), so i am dieting down right now and want to rebuild. Anything over 5' 5" and 185 lbs is way to big. and also as a strength lifter, it is hard for me to always do cardio.I know my goals are high, But if i am able to be in th range of 170 to 185 lbs sloid, (4-6% bf), i will be extremly happy and i think that is reasonable. But thanks for all the info. you guys got me thinking, i will probale break it down into smaller cycles, but still really want to try GH.we will what happens. i will keep ya guys informed. thanks. i will consider all that was told to me.

you know i think it is great that you have a positive attitude about yourself. but you seem to be a little cocky and havent experienced much. bro being 185 and benching 300's isnt extremely strong. i train with a few kids that weight a lot less than that a can put up mid 3's. just telling you the truth...maybe it will give you something to strive for.
 
im am not tring to sound cocky. i know girls that bench more then me. my best bench was just over double body weight. i was just useing it as an example that i was properly training. im not a power lifter, i compete in olympic weightlifting. my goals are to improve in those lifts. I have weight classes to be in, First goal is to get to a 170lbs( weight class limit) solid. compete at that for awhile, the move up to the 187 lbs class. I feel with my hieght and frame, i could eventually be very competitive at that weight just as long as it is solid weight. But don't get me wrong either, wouldn't mind looking good too while im at it. don't want to sound cockyto ya guys. I know there are plenty out there stronger then me, I just can't wait to be stronger then them someday and that isn't cocky, but just being confident, but if someone does beat me in competition, more power to them, i hold no gruges and i am the type to congradulate them first.thats me, but i will keep u guys updated on how my lifts do go from time to time.

If you read all his post you'd see that he's only 5'5 and a competive Olympic lifter. That mean weight classes. So obviously he's not trying to blow up.

Bro, consider some Halo in place of some your other gear. I think that if you added Halo with what you are planning to take your liver would turn into jello and slide out your ears while you are sleeping. Cut the cycle down substantially and focus on what your goals are. I'd keep the GH, Var, add test P, and consider Halo. Note that I said "Consider". It's great for strength and adds zero weight. But it does to your liver what mickey mantle did to his on weekends. The T3 is okay as well.
 
i will consider all, I think it may be much too, but this cycle is for later on, i have to get bck into lifting but i am waiting on a surgery to go through. this cycle is being planned for about feb or march of next year. thanks for the support monkeyballs, appreciate it. i will take ever precaution i can take when juicing and always have in the past. i am here on this board for help and opinion and not criticiziams. but like i said before, i will keep an update of how things go with me and will always keep in mind what u guys tell me. I just can't wait to start competing again, my time will come. I am patient.
