wot abuot flyes? i do flat bench, incline dbell and flat dbell flyes. i do 4 work sets of 10 reps then 3 heavy work sets of 4-6 reps but still cant get much pectoral development at all.

yeah flies are good to stretch it out. i would do pullovers too- to help with overall size.
 
well i get the best pump from superseting flyes and bench.
10 reps bench 10reps flyes. 4sets.

but as far as size.... I like the ow 5x5 starr... good shit.. there. was hard to give up the pump but worth it. growing good..

Train chest twice per week.

monday will be heavy flat bench, and friday will be heavy incline bench.

-For the first two weeks, stop your sets prior to failure.
-For weeks 3-5 do 4-5 sets to failure
-For weeks 6-8 do 2-3 sets to failure
