Here's the recipe. IT TAKES 4 MINUTES!
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup vanilla BIG BLAST with splenda
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1/2 cup shredded coconut
A handful of raisins, if you like.
Cover with cinnamon
Add a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg, ginger, allspice, clove).
tsp oil
tsp molassis
tsp water
tps vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then slowly add honey, shmutzing and kneeding along the way, until it's in a "fudge-like consistancy"
Flatten out in a pan until the glob is about an inch high.
Put in the freezer for 15 minutes and remove.
