Man, i love a good steak, and I can grill like a champ usually, but I just can't cook a steak. I mean I can, and it's ok, but it's not that great. Granted most good steaks are doused in butter when at a restaurant, but still, I don't think I could pull that off either. I've tried.

Bought 6 sirloins at costco yesterday. Ate one for dinner last nite and one for lunch.... probably eating another one for lunch tues and wed. Finally perfected grilling the steaks and damn what a difference. Next week, probably back to chicken/tuna .
