Two years ago I tore my lateral biceps tendon and have a Popeye muscle in my left arm. My strength has declined by about 10 percent on that side. I believe this in not an uncommon problem. Recently the pain and numbness has returned with a vengence!
I saw a surgeon this morning and he recommended that I not do upper body weights or training for about 4-6 weeks. I intend to give it a rest for about a week and then test the muscles slowly and work back into my routine.
My question is: Do any AS products treat the symptoms of tendentious?
Deca has helped me with pain inside joints, but not in the muscle or tendon itself.
I thought I read on the board that TEST does help alleviate pain in muscle and that would then transfer to tendon pain.
