bicep training question

New member
How can I better hit the front part of my bicep, i.e. the part closest to my forearm. This part of my bicep is lacking and I think it is just from too much concentration on the top part of the movement of the bicep curl. Would partial bicep curls to about 90degrees up help me hit this area better to get my bicep more proportioned? Or could the top part of my bicep just be genetically bigger? By the way, I'm not a guy who just trains biceps and chest, I just noticed that this part was lagging so I am interested in trying to change it.

the brachialus is the muscle underneat the brachi am I correct? So if I hit this with reverse curls you think it would help raise the muscle up. What about the partial's I was talking about, what do you think about that idea?
