Bicep tear

anyone ever get tendonitis in thier bicep that was so bad it crippled you?

i think i got it doing bar bicep curls

the pain severe.

what worked for you you guys

Im goin through this right now. I have extreme tendonitis in my right elbow/bicep and its keeping me from being able to work my arms... It sucks because the only thing you can really do to take care of it is take time off, which I refuse to do. So im just focusing more on other areas of my body while doing some other work to try and hit my arms.

Wide and Close grip lat pull downs... upright and bent over rows... and light light dumbell curls are all I can do right now and it fuckin sucks.

Yep same i have bad tendonitis. Cod liver oil helps me
