Bicep injections?

For you guys that inject into your bi's, does it matter if you do it on a day that you are going to work your bi's or on an off day? Tjhe reason I ask is this, last time (and the first time) I did bi injections I injected 1cc test susp and 1 cc winsrol into each bi and they went and worked arms. I couldn't move my arms the next day. The pain didn't subside for a good 3 days. I am not sensitive to susp. or winny so that shouldn't be the reason. Is that too much volume for a bi injection? Should I not work arms on the same day? Peace

I like to wait at least a day because mine are usually sore after i inject

It doesn't matter... I knoew a bro who takes fina injects every day in his bi's and he still works out...

Suspension in the Bi's OUCH!!!!! I always do bi injections before my workout...I like the pump..matter of fact. I have one today and today is also bi day hehehe

i dont think it matters. pesonaly i like to work out my bi's the same day i inject (i mean i like to inject the same day before i work out my bis) its a mental thing i think that if i work out my bis after i just injected that there will be more blood and the juice will rush faster into the blood streem, i dont know if this is tru. but i just do it just in case.
