spotinjections.com recently gave me some advice on how to do bicep injections. I shot some prop and my bicep is so swollen it grew .25 of an inch! Hopefully it stays that way!

Not good for you, the biceps is difficult to place an injection in. It is a super active muscle daily. Anatomy will serve you. Best is from the lateral side,(outside) to get the outer most head of the muxcle. The inner head is best approched from the anterior medial approach. Alternate the sites from the distal to the proximal. I prefer the proximal. It is still going to hurt, but use less volume...that is the secrete.
