bicep curls 5x5.....how strict

I was thinking about doing these with my back up against the wall. It would limit my weight but keep complete stress on the biceps. I'm looking for mass. what do ya'll think?

just dont raise your elbow during to movment. you dont have to use the wall

just keep the bar close to your body all the way up and all the way down.
 
Right, don't move your elbows and you should be fine. Keep them tucked at your sides and you won't be able to cheat (unless you're swinging)
 
Is it better for growth to limit the motion of a curl to stop at a 90 degree angle then lower and pause just before lockout to keep the muscle stressed all the way through the set or is it better to use a full range of motion on every rep. I seem to get better workouts when I use the 21's method and though maybe it was because of the constant stress on the bi's.
