Hi all,
Currently I'm 6'1, 173.8 lbs. I just finshed my 60 day fatloss journey(was a bit more then 60 days but..whatever) and I lost about 15-17 lbs and 2-3% bf.

Now it's time to do some lean building. Here is how I plan to run things, if anyone has any suggestions I am open to hearing them. I'm hoping to start tomorrow, always like starting things on a Monday, and run for 12 weeks.

Weeks
1-4 Beastdrol @ 2caps ed (1 morning, 1 at supper or pre workout)
1-12 T400 (Twice a week)
1-12 Armidex @ .5mg eod
?-12 Masteron (Twice a week, IF IT EVER ARRIVES)
6-12 Anavar at 25mg ed


Post Cycle
10-16 Formastanzonal (5 pumps am, 5 pumps pm)
12-16 Post cycle + unleashed, 3 caps of each a day (spread out)
12-16 HCGenerate 3 caps ed( spread out)
12-16 Phytoserms 2 caps ed (spread out)
13-16 Bridge 3 caps ed (spread out)
(I'm waiting for dbol 10 as well, if they arrive I may try 1 dbol a day with the PCT)


Supporting Supps
Fish Oil (6 a day)
Forged Joint Repair (2 a day)
Forged Liver Support (2 a day)
Multi Vitamin
Calcium + Vitamin D

I also have 2 bottles of forged burner I will probably work into the cycle should the MAST not arrive. I also will probably pick up some water pills to keep the old moon face to a minimum


Training

2X a week Which will be a split of Squats + Bench one day, then Standing over head press +deadlifts plus some assistance work.

Cardio
Morning cardio, at least 3 times a week


Additional training
MMA training - Sparring, conditioning drills, BJJ, Kickboxing, MMA rounds.
Sometimes I will go to the gym and do some abs, and a bi/tri split just for the hell of it.

Diet
I recently turned Vegetarian a little over 2 months ago, (i'm not looking to debate this), so I will be posting up some of my meals from time to time, but here is what a typical day looks like(these meals are sometimes in different orders depending on what I'm doing, so I"m going to label them meal 1, 2, 3 and so on.

Meal 1
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 cup of brocolli
bowl of oatmeal

Meal 2
Cliff Builder Bar
Piece of fruit and veggie (apple and baby cucumber)

Meal 3
Egg white omlet + veggie sub from subway
2 cookies
Chocolate milk

Meal 4
3 tbsp of greek yogurt
12-15 almonds(plain)
3 tbsp of mixed berries

Meal 5
Could be anything, usually a vegetarian dish. So veggie burgers, spaghetti squash, tofu burgers, vegetarian stuffed peppers, tofu parm, eggplant parm, etc etc)

Meal 6
1/2 cup of Soy milk or Almond milk
1/2 cup of cranberry juice
handful of berries
teaspoon of cinamon
scoop of iso flex protein


On workout days, I have some Need2 muscle replenisher for after my workouts, I will also be consuming at least 1 gallon of water a day.

i would check out ironmaglabs flex rx over joint repair. 40 days per bottle plus higher mg to mg for mgm, glucosomine and chondroiteon. great fatloss. gl with the bulk.. one thing i actually eat thats veggies is a grilled portabella mushroom stuffed with spinach and asiago cheese. either on a burger bun or by itself with some minor spices to ur liking.. although i usually eat a few to get a good helping. soy milk can raise estrogen if drankin heavily or if your body is very susceptible to soy, and can increase chances of gyno so i am personally against anything soy but im guessin u switched from normal milk for your vegan thing.
 
I usually Only use a bit of soy milk in shakes. I use almond mill more then anything
As far as lifts go I never have anyone to work Out with so I'm unaware of my 1 rep max I usually do 5 X 5 with my compound lifts. My numbers didn't change much since my fat loss. Right now... At like 5 reps this is the weight I would use...

These numbers vary sometimes depending on how I'm feeling that day. Sometimes after working a stretch of days I am fatigued from lack of sleep and that def affects my strength and stamina. I'm going to post workouts and stuff with this log

First meal - Shake (berries, protein powder, almond milk, cranberry juice)

second meal - 5 eggs (4 whites, 1 egg) + veggies (that egg creation stuff)

third meal - spaghetti squash with bruchetta

forth - protein shake with almond milk

No fifth yet, but prob some torillas and veggies, maybe make a dip out of it

(I know I didn't eat enough today, but I wasn't awake that long, after a night shift i'm fuckt, slept quite a bit)

Today I did about 250 reps of ab workouts, pretty sore from yesterday and monday. tomorrow I doubt i'll get anything done, Friday I'm going to do some SOHP and Dead's, maybe some light squats too :)



Feeling
I am feeling good, Having some fuckt up dreams (beast most likely) but thats about it, no headaches, no blood pressure issues or anything of that nature. Strong instinct to keep going and I feel a little touchy lately..bout it though.

I didn't get any workout in today I worked a 14 hour day. I don't think I'm going to continue the old food log because I don'tk now how beneficial it is to anyone since I don't weigh any food or anything. lol

I did 20 minutes on the treadmil, 11incline at 3.5mph.

I thens stretched and did 45 decline sit ups (3 X 15)

Feeling good, but I don't look as tight as I did, could be given to the beast, my gains def aren't that lean right now butI have worked a lot in the past 2 weeks and haven't got much morning cardio in, but will start again saturday.
 
yeah that pisses me off. good energy for the weights tho. i did the same thing the other day. well i remembered my book, but not my pen. couldnt believe noone had a pen to share

Sorry guys, I been slow on here. ive been doing some push ups, reverse lunges and chin ups when I can but I worked 8 14 hour days out of the alst 10 days, just fuckin wiped. Hoping to get to the gym tonight as well as tomorrow, will report back more.

Today I did a strictly BJJ class, just non stop rolling, felt really good and the pumps I got were insane. I always where a rashguard and my arms were busting out of it after the roll. Felt nice and powerful in my grappling as well.
 
Chemwiz - I'm thinking on it once my work calms down a bit more.

Been a few days since I've logged, we went away for Canada day weekend and a few days before/after. Didn't get much done in the way of workking out but continued to eat clean at least.

This morning I did some fasted cardio, 30 mins on the treadmil, walking at a steep incline plus a bit of light jogging. Burn 350cals(according to treadmil)

Will be going back to the gym later for some lifts, :)

Had MMA tonight, hour and a half of grappling and mma rounds. Awesome class, very relentless and powerful. Really feel good. Will get to the gym saturday to do some deadlifts and shoulder press, report back then.

Had mma tonight, great class, worked hard the whole class but my legs were fucked for a little bit as you can imagine. Still good and powerful though and wind for days it felt. Placebo or not I don't miss meat.

Did some boxing, it was great. I'm suprised at how fast I can still move, and only hitting weights twic a week isn't making me fat which is good. Not having any negative sides, I"m sure if I hit the gym 5 days a week I would be a lot bigger, but in MMA bigger isn't always better. I'm feeling good :)

Hill sprints, not sure the measurements of the hill, but when I ran it I counted 22 steps from the bottom to the top where a pole was I would touch. I did 5 sets of 3 up and down. It was a good steepness for starting off, on the other side of the hill is a longer, and a bit steeper of a hill I was eventually upgrade to!

Thanks Brown - No measurements though, was going more for strength then size.

dk350, no ,I am only going one serving. just spreading it out through breakfast, lunch and supper. I was going to go for 2 servings but I think I have a pretty decent PCT laid out for myself and it should suffice, esp with the phytoserms on there. Also, I may run the Proviron first week into my pct. not sure yet.

MMA tonight, great class my cardio/stamina is great. I know many people here, prob 80% may think this is bullshit but ever since i went vegetarian my stamina has increased ten-fold.

PCT UPDATE

Feeling:

Feeling fuckin great, my sex drive is almost higher then it was when I was on AAS. I have a great sense of well being and still the drive to go to the gym and train. I am not feeling tired or anything else, and my sex drive is high as fuck, did I say that already? I can't get over it..

Strength:

My strength hasn't left me, I'm still lifting like I want to, i'm not going for PR's but lifting a weight I can do like 5 or more reps at since I will prob do a 5X5 to maintain my strength rotating with a 3X10 for stamina and endurance.

Physique:

I've actually leaned out quite a bit esp my mid section, I'm guessing I was holding a bit of water but as mentioned, am leaning out nicely ,only down 3 lbs but I expect that to change when I up my cardio a bit. Will report back in a bit with numbers.
