This is a question for my cousin, so I'm not changing my routine or anything, 'cuz I know I've done this in the past.

The "Bigger Faster Stronger" program worked for my friend Joe, and I told my cousin about it (also named Joe) and he liked the sound of it, so i said I'd big up information for him.

I went to the official website, but it didn't give me complete detail. It told me first week you lift 3x3, then 5x5, then some other rep scheme, varying for 4 weeks and then you repeat it.

I know the workouts are done M/W/F or 3x a week, and on Tuesday and Thursday one is to do agility drills and such work like that.

The main exercises are squats, power cleans, straight-leg deadlifts and other such compounds, but what would one throw in for "auxillary" lifts on those workout days? For which body parts and when? How often?

Oh, and also, what can anyone tell me of this program's success? Any personal experiences? Opinions? Is it pure crap or does it work?
