I know this is possibly the wrong forum to post this but i'd rather ask you guys. Where does everyone get their bodyfat percentage checked? Is there anywhere you can get it done for free?

That IS the ONLY precise way of getting ur bf %...

but to get an estimate.... I get mine at the local YMCA

i get hydrostatically weighed at a local university. 35 bucks. professor knows me pretty well by now. thinking of doing a vo2 max there as well. really cool.
