AhMadKooL New member May 1, 2006 #2 for me I like to stay lean all year round even though i might be on a bulker. I watch my diet to make sure I gain lean muscle. As for your questions when i'm bulking i reach 12% otherwise i try to keep it under 10%

J jdevlin1985 New member May 1, 2006 #3 I stay under 10% year round. Its all to do with how clean you keep your foods. Would'nt ever start a cycle above 10%. Just increases the size of ya ass and face due to the water retention. Does'nt look good, and you don't look as big.
