BF vs Side Effects...

What's up bros. Long time. Was on vacay and am thinking about starting my frist cycle soon. Question? My BF is about 18%. What are the risks of starting now and why does lower BF minimize your chances of side effects? I am getting ready to run Sustaplex 500 ml 2x per week for 10 weeks with Adex and PCT.

Many of my friends are telling me that if I do this cycle as is it will actually help me burn fat so long as my diet and excercise regiment is in tact. Any and all feedback will be appreciated.

tren is the only aas that I have ever personally found to burn some fat - it's still diet though. Abs come from the kitchen not from anything you get in a vial. I'd say get down to 12-14% first.

Ok, I got you bro but what is the downside to doing it now? I haven't made up my mind yet about now or later I'm just trying to weight out the consequenses.

You do A A S for two main reasons... for strength gains and size gains/aesthetics.

As far as aesthetics go... if you've got a coat of blubber on you, and you put on muscle with a cycle, you'll basically be muscles with a coat of blubber on you. Strength gains aside, it won't look flattering and it'd be somewhat of a waste of A A S in comparison to if you ran it when you're leaner. That's how I see it anyway
 
I don't agree with that.

Not everyone on anabolic androgenic steroids is primarily concerned with looks.

Take powerlifters or strongmen for example.

Different strokes for different folks.

So long as Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - /arimidex or aromasin is on hand and you pay attention to your body I don't believe bodyfat is that big of an issue other than aesthetically.

I'm currently in the high teen's in bodyfat and I really don't give a rip. I'm eating alot and strength is going up every week and I'm happy. Within 2 weeks I'll be the strongest I've ever been.

Guess I believe in the old school get big first and then cut method. Not bulkd and cut, bulk and cut but bulk untile you get to the strength/size you want. Then refine it and strip the bodyfat off.

Of course you have to be willing to not care about looks too much while doing this, but I believe in the long run you'll get bigger, faster because you're always pushing your body to get strogner and giving it the fuel it needs.

Everytime you cut you really aren't gaining. Obviously anabolic androgenic steroids changes this to an extent, but you'd still gain more without the dieting.

I remember Mike Matarazo talking about how he was like 260lbs, +20% bodyfat and had 21" arms before he decided to cut down.

Arnold did this as well although he did not pork up to the same extent, but he was as big as he ever really got by the time he came over to america, but he was smooth and bloated. Then he refined it.

My first cycle Deca only 300mg/wk got me abs like a motherfucker...and I ate fast food the entire time because I didnt know any better....I think something in Wendys bugers mixes with the deca and melts fat.. hahaha
I wanna run some Tren but I get deca dick when I run without test I am also estro sensative....i was doing 600mg wk EQ and 250 test and would get burning nipples...but I split it up to 300EQ/250test in one shot and 300EQ in another and have been fine.....is gyno controllable on tren? I wanna run it bad but dont want tits

hell no, I'd just finished a brutal leg workout and couldn't flex anything. You can look at my pic in the members pics and see my abs when they're flexed.

I said the two reasons were aesthetics and strength. I went on to say "strength gains aside...." You're right, everyone has their own reason to do A A S. I explained that if you're doing it for the look of it, if you're high in bodyfat and gain muscle, you'll like like a person who's got fat and muscle and I personally don't think that looks flattering. Just my opinion.
 
My first cycle was at a bf of about 20%. I quickly cleaned my diet up and ending up staying about the same weight minus about 7% bf. I guess my thought process at the time was not to waste my money on the gear and not have it go to good use. All my lifts went up and I stayed on the diet after the cycle. Maybe this is what some folks need.
 
Thanks for all of the feedback fellas... Somewhere along the line I thought high body fat = higher chances of getting side effect from AS.

Fuck this, I'm going Platinum... First cycle starts in 2 weeks....
