Primo/Var for 8 weeks. It was a costly cycle, but never looked better in my life. Diet was dead-on with low glycemic carbs in the beginning of the day (rolled oats, fiberous veggies) and real food high protein meals. Only had high-glycemic carbs post workout and minimal at that. Did the eating of 6 meals spaced out every 2-3 hours.
Preworkout included an ECA stack.
Training was 5-on 2-off with the 2-off consisting of high-intensity bicycling or wind-sprints.
Worked one major bodypart per day. 15 minutes of high-intensity cardio after workouts each day.
Now "experimenting" with Test/IGF-1 to try to get the same results, however just don't have the flexible schedule anymore and been missing meals.
