hey guys i know that i am not in the right forum for this...but what do you guys think about the beverley int. products.. i knw you guys whould be the ones to ask...i am only 18 and do not want to touch juice yet...but i am heavy into lifting and i just would like to know what you guys think about the beverley international supps.?????

I have never used Bev's products personally but know a few established BB'ers and PL'ers who swear by it. Apparently it was one of the most popular booths @ the Arnold this year so that has to tell you something. The only downside I see is the $$$ and the fact that I have never seen it availible in the NE.

They offer excellent supplements if you're willing to spend the extra money. They are always a mainstay of my diet when preparing for bodybuilding competitions, but don't use them when I'm offseason.

Can't help but think about a thread I once saw where everyone said the biggest mistake they ever made in lifting was the thousands of dollars they spent on supplements. Caveat Emptor.

I'd agree that 99% of them are bunk, but see nothing wrong w/protien, creatine and glutamine. Just my 0.02.

Oh and don't forget Muscletech!! Look how ripped Lee Priest got from their shit!!
