Between breakfast and lunch

I have oatmeal at 4:30 am (with protein powder) before I go to work - at 8:30 I have more oatmeal w/protein powder. Well, I have just had enough oatmeal where I want to gag. Any suggestions on either changing one of these meals. I think this is way to much carbs for the am. :(
 
you can have the oatmeal with protein as your first meal(or try cream of wheat for something different). For your second meal you can have a nonfat yogurt and a can of tuna or something. A low carb protein bar and some natural peanut butter. You could also have grilled chicken on whole wheat..there are a lot of options. Depends on what you like and what the rest of your day is like.
