yes it's really different. I use deca every week. I like it. But NPP is much better at adding mass.

Gains are not keepable or unkeepable. You don't build some magical type of muscle with one steroid over another. Gains are gains and none are more keepable than others.
People constantly refer to this because some people measure their gains by their scale. And with some steroids they gain more water than other steroids. So when the water goes away they say they lost their gains. THOSE WEREN'T GAINS!!

Yes there is less water retention with NPP than with Deca. It doesn't make sense on paper but that's what everyone using it reports.
