Better anit-e during cycle?

hey bros, quick question for someone who has experience with both...i just wanted to know what some of you guys thought would be a better anti-e during a cycle....arimidex or nolvadex, and at what dose.....thanks!

Nolvadex will not clear a lot of the water retention that arimidex will. Nolvadex's primary purpose is to stop gyno. Arimidex blocks the estrogen from the get-go. So if I had to pick out of those two I'd definitely pick arimidex. Takes care of estrogen and bloat. As far as doses. It's all in how your reacting to it. For arimidex Some people take 0.5 mg eod, some take 0.5 mg ed, or 1mg ed. But I'd say start 1mg eod and see how that works. For Nolvadex, 20mg/day should work. Personally I like femera better than arimidex.

Guys with BF% below 10% do well with Nolvadex or Arimidex. guys with higher BF% do best with Aromasin. As you know, the major source of aromatase (the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen) is the adipose tissue.

Arimidex by far...I only spot use nolva in case of gyno symptoms (though while using arimidex you probably won't get any...)
