Beter to take a preworkout protein shake than post

Hi guys,

I was looking around and I keep seeing that there was a study that showed that taking protein pre workout was better than post.

Could anyone get a link for this?

or shed some light...

I read it a couple of places now
 
Yeah if your looking to add size id say both , you could drop the carbs pre go for a stim but post very important .

I find protein is more necessary for tissure repair after a workout. Too much and you can bloat before ....
 
I do both for no scientific reason. I do 1 scoop protein and 1/4 cup of oats with flax and milk pre workout. I use needto's muscle replenisher as a pwo. (sh!t is excellent btw)
