When it comes to pre-workout boosters, what do you prefer as a main ingredient?
The why I understand it is that NO works to dilate to cells allowing more blood to enter into the muscle. Where as Beta-Alanine gives your muscles energy.
Am I right about the way they work, or am I way off?
So... Beta-Alanine or Nitric Oxide? And what's your favorite pre workout booster?
