hey guys here is a list of the best protien sources for building muscle the higher the number the better the absorbtion and completness of protien

Whey Protein Isolate Blends 100-159

Actually, egg white protein is right around being first. Absorption doesn't always mean that all the protein is used for for muscle building properties; whey is infamous for being broken down in the body and used for energy (glucose). So, as far as quality, I wouldn't use whey as #1.
