**best Workout Schedule** ???

Ive Been Working Out Monday -friday With Sat And Sun Off ....but Im Starting To Think Im Over Training And Not Getting Enough Rest........so I Changed It To 3 Days On 1 Off What You Guys Think About That ????
 
Take a look at the stickys in the Weight Lifting Forum.

I have made tremendous strength gains training Mon/Wed/Fri. When on a 3 day split I squat all 3 days, bench all 3 days, and deadlift twice. Accessory stuff is done Friday, after the 'work'.
 
And if you want the most out of a 3 or 4 day lifting program... you need to eat for growth.

Eating is just as important as proper training.
 
2 days on one day off
3 days on one day off are both good


Prefer cardio in the AM first thing

and lift like muscle groups in the PM

chest tris

back bis

legs abs etc.......
