Ive Been Working Out Monday -friday With Sat And Sun Off ....but Im Starting To Think Im Over Training And Not Getting Enough Rest........so I Changed It To 3 Days On 1 Off What You Guys Think About That ????

I have made tremendous strength gains training Mon/Wed/Fri. When on a 3 day split I squat all 3 days, bench all 3 days, and deadlift twice. Accessory stuff is done Friday, after the 'work'.
