Whats the best way to take test500(250test e, 250test cyp).
i was thinking of doing a shot on mon and fri, 1cc each.

1. Are you asking the best way to split a 500mg per week test cycle. If so mon and thur or tues and friday would be fine.

2. Are you asking which is the best, Test E or Test C? Either or the other in my opinion.
Its just preference, The release rate of both esters are very close.

no it's a bottle of test 500.

1 cc 2xweek = 1,000 mg

That shits going to hurt if the T400 threads are any indication.

May want to cut it (inject with another oil, or plain oil) to ease pain.

if you want 500mg a week... .5cc Monday, .5cc Thursday would be fine.

yeah my buddy did 1 1/2cc of it and now he has the test flu and a lump on hiss ass the size of and half dollar.

yup.

it should subside. Ice it down for 15-20 minutes at a time for a few days.

It will most likely keep happening... tis the way of the high potency blends.

Inject with another oil next time (to cut the potency).
