What is the general consensus to get the max benefits out of need2slin and gear. I understand most people are taking the slin 30min prior to eating but what would be a good dosage? If I'm eating 6-7 meals a day thats alot of pills. What about after workout when you try to eat carbs and protein immediately when you get back home. Should you still wait?
