Best way to run sustanon cycle?

I'm planning my next cycle even though I'm not sure when I'm going to start it. I have 30 amps of Organon Sus 250. When I was younger I ran a sus only cycle at 500 mg/week and it turned me into a beast. I'm wondering if it would be better to take it at 250 mg. every 5 days or just take 500 mg. every 7 days.

The last time I did sustanon, I ran 250mg's every five days. I didn't experience any ill side effects. My strength went through the roof, at least by my standards, my physique hardened up like a motherfucker but I only gained a few pounds, but it was lean as hell.
This is how I would run it again.

i would split dose into 2x a week if not a big hassle for you.

You really want to shoot sustanon every other day to really stabilize blood levels.... It does utilize test prop and phenyl prop.... We shoot phenyl prop and prop eod... so don't change it just because it is test.....
