Best way to recieve WU?

Is it possible to pick up WU funds without a ID? I was under the impression that if you had MTC#, senders name and address, and told them your "name and address" along with secret question and answer, then you didn't need to show ID, is the correct?

Second, if you must show ID I'm assuming that it's best to use a fake. Any one have experience with this? Either post or PM please, thanks for the help.

I'd have to go out on a limb and say it's no worse than the other 75% of stuff where people are basically admitting buying/using.
