Best way to get ripped?? Any Advice

I'm 21 217lbs and about 19%bf I'd like to drop to about 10% or lower I know a sound diet and exercise will be a start but just wondering if anyone suggests I do anything extra along with it I do cardio 5 days a week 2 days swimming laps and 3 days of 45 minutes on the precor burning about 600 cals.. plus I'm lifting 5-6 days a week for a minimum of an hour.. Winny a good Idea or should I stay away from the gear for right now?
 
1. good diet regimen
2. good workout routine
3. metabolism booster ie: eca/t-rex/ephedrine ect
4. muscle sparing agent: test/winstrol

no need to make a rocket shuttle launch out of it, when in reality basic caloric monitoring is all thats needed. now if he was shooting for sub 5% body fat then...
 
oh goodie a fat burning post!

Lets see here, uh, you can add t3 long turm at 12.5 mcg a day. Oh and Clen works great taking before your cardio, you'll heat up fast. Don't do HIIT cardio on clen btw, med level for 40 minutes is just fine. Personally I think Winny is over rated, but its not worthless. You can add some anti-e and you'll be able to burn off more fat. estrogen sucks when your trying to burn off, the lower the better, at least until you reach your goal. Steroids DO help burn fat since they raise your metabolism to build more muscle, among other ways. Fina works really good for a lot of guys while cutting. Most important of all, you got to count your calories and have a nutrition log.

On a personal not, I found that focusing on my short turm goals worked better then very long turm goals. Such as in 14 days I want to be at xyz bf %. Set motivation to do so, like making yourself go to the beach or a club on that date no matter what. Set up a date with one fine little mama in 2 weeks, bro you’ll lean the fuck out, trust me. =)

I found a lot of trouble staying motivated to be under 12% body fat until I started going to monthly fetish events. Knowing your going to be walking around half naked with a few hundred sex crazy females around keeps you focused on staying more then any bodybuilding contest I’ve ever considered. Just don’t hide away at the gym all the time or at work, which is what I had done in the past. Hiding out like that, its easy to throw in the towel and cheat, not enough pressure.

Lastly, and this is going to sound even stranger then the last one, is watch who you hang out with. Chill with a bunch of guys who say they are so called “bulking up” all year long, or hang out with a bunch of people who are focused on staying lean a year long. Trust me, to most people will end up having higher or lower body fat depending on such influences, no matter how motivated they are. Hope I help bud, good luck!
