i really need your help guys.any ideas?...........i've always been really unorganized but usually if its only 1 or 2 things to focus on (lifting, school, bullshit job),i always got by.But now my life is really on a downward spiral and i need to do something before its too late. I really need to balance maintaining my household, getting a job, doing well in school this summer and get back into my diet/training so it doesn't interefere with all that. I'm basically starting from scratch since i fucked up in school this semester, dont have a job, and i havent lifted or ate much in 3 weeks.
once i get active again, i think that'll help. But i need a plan.
any suggestions?
