Well bros thanx for all of the help....im gonna try the Nizerol shampoo for now and if that doesnt work i might try the accutane at a low dose to see how i react to it.

You can get the 1% formula at most drug stores. I got the 2% formula off of eBay from Canada where it's legal at that dose. If that doesn't work as well as you expect, you might give al420's suggestion a try. He generally knows his shit.
Accutane should be a last resort - meaning your zits are the size of quarters and are infected type of problem.

i found nizerol helps, or a neutrogena shampoo, or even a clearasil body wash.
- hot shower to open the pores get all the shit out, then cold to close them

actually a tan does seem to help
