Neutrogena wroks pretty good for me. Or you can go to the doctor and get this called acupin or something like that.

Dial anti bacterial soap and a long scrub brush - and I do mean brush.
Once or twice a week I'll put some Nizerol shampoo on the brush instead of the soap.

Don't start with accutane. Try Otc stuff first. Proactive or stridex can work wonders.
