best way for winny

i got asked the other day if u can run winny in the 25mg morning and 25mg night? i said to just run all at once but if he did run one in the morning and one at night would it keep the level at a steady point or does it matter?

How about the blue pills with 45 stamped on them? What dosage would be best there?

Those are 45mg tabs. If they are IP which I believe they are, they are supposed to be really hard and spliutting them would be difficult. So just once a day if tha is what you have to do.

At the moment I use a pill splitter and yes they are very small. I crush them and place under my tongue as the guy said they were sublingual.

I take 20mg every 8 hours orally when doing winny.
