Best Tri workout?

Hey bros,

My last cycle my arms grew from 16" to a little over 17". I used 500mg/ week for first 3 weeks of SupraClone (200mg Eth. and 50mg prop). and 750mg/week for 4 weeks then tapered. I went from 198lbs. to 210lbs. I used dbol as well. What dosages should I use in my next bulking cycle? What are the VERY best tri routines you guys go through? Let me know.
 
superset skullcrushers with close grip bench. no rest between the two. pick a weight that you can get 10 to twelve reps with and do 5 supersets with 2 mins rest inbetween each superset.
simple and effective....
 
Get an incline bench, about 40 degrees. Set it up so the back is facing a cable pulldown aparatus. Sit in the incline, pull the cable down over your head and do tricep pressdowns with the V-grip bar while sitting down in the bench.

These did wonders for me. Much more so than just doing regular pressdowns from standing. You seem waaaay more stable and dont use any other muscles in your body for balance/help/support etc. Give it a shot!

Try this- 2 sets of V-bar Pushdowns, 3 sets of Overhead DB Extensions, 2 sets of One-Arm Cable Tricep Kickbacks(Squeeze The Heck Out Of Your Tris), and finish with a set of Dips(As Many You Can Knock Down). And DO NOT forget to stretch in between each set!!!
