im vegetarian and as such ive been working out hard for quite a while without seeing much in the way of gains, however ive started taking aussie bodies perfect protein supplement and over the past couple of months ive seen a great positive change in my physique & strength
but what i was wondering was when is the best time to take the PP drink? atm i take it just prior to a work out then almost straight after and dont take it on a rest day.
would i be better off taking one straight after the workout then one on the day after? or what?
