best time to take supplements?

im vegetarian and as such ive been working out hard for quite a while without seeing much in the way of gains, however ive started taking aussie bodies perfect protein supplement and over the past couple of months ive seen a great positive change in my physique & strength

but what i was wondering was when is the best time to take the PP drink? atm i take it just prior to a work out then almost straight after and dont take it on a rest day.

would i be better off taking one straight after the workout then one on the day after? or what?

Well considereing the fact that you are a vegitarian, it is pretty likely that you are not getting enough protein from regular food, so you should be taking this protein shake every day.......several times a day.
 
well the side of the box says that it is vegetarian friendly and ive spoken to the actually sale's rep for AB and she assured me that if they specify vegetarian, they mean.
