I have been doing some reaserch on gh and I have read the best time to take gh is first thing in the Am and then in the late afternoon. But my schedule will not allow this. I train at 6:30 am and I dont get home from my day till 10pm so I am only going to be able to take it once a day. One of my friends takes his before bed and claims it works best. He really looks like he is doing it right, But I know that the body releases its own gh at night. So wouldn't it be better to take it first thing in the morning? Please let me know what you think.
