Best time to inject HGH

So many theory's I've heard and I'm wondering what more experienced guys recommend. So what time during the day or night is best to inject and does eating matter at all around injection time. This is without insulin and on test, EQ, and anavar.

Early morning, as soon as you wake up. Your body already releases it when you sleep, so there's no point in taking it at night.
