best time for Cal & Mag??

just wondering would last meal before bed be the best time for these minerals? I thought they would be good at this time since Magnesium may help with sleep .. Anyone?
 
whenever you want

Mg will help you go asleep( though I never felt it)

and you'd better have a 1/2 ratio
twice as much Ca as Mg (I don't know if it is good engish so I'd better tell you: X Mg and 2X Ca)

Ok, Im now taking Ma at night, but Cal after training? Why? How does this help? I never heard of this after training...
 
i doubt you'de see a dramatic difference when you take the cal, but it makes sense to give your body a boot after a workout when levels would be low

I agree it prob wont make a dramatic diff since MOST things dont make a hugh diff anyways.... But how does Cal help after a W/O? Its mostly to support your bones and all so I dont know why after a w/o would be a good time? Im gonna try it, but just did not know what it specifically would do right after a workout ;)
