just wondering would last meal before bed be the best time for these minerals? I thought they would be good at this time since Magnesium may help with sleep .. Anyone?
I agree it prob wont make a dramatic diff since MOST things dont make a hugh diff anyways.... But how does Cal help after a W/O? Its mostly to support your bones and all so I dont know why after a w/o would be a good time? Im gonna try it, but just did not know what it specifically would do right after a workout
