best things to use for back acne?

p.b.

Banned
got some back acne while on a sust cycle about 4 months ago and it still hasnt really gone away whats some good stuff to use on and off cycle for back acne?

possibly antibiotics or accutane. retin-a would be a good idea but a bitch to put on every night (you'd need someone else to do it). bacne is a really tough issue to deal with though. it won't be easy to get rid of. sorry to hear about that bro. good luck!

B-5 starting 3-4 gram per day after a week adjust accordinly.

RADAR

you also, might want to pick up some Neutragena acne wash. i squirt some on my back scruber in the shower. i think its pretty damn effective for keeping the zits at bay. good luck!

see a doctor to work out what sort of acne it is (yes there are different sorts) and they will give you some decent advice

besides if you need a script for meds you have to go anyway

I had the same problem, and it wasn't until I went on Accutane that the problem was cured. I was put on Tetracyline (sp?) and it was useless, I took it for 6 months.

I think your best bet is try to B5 as suggested, and if that does not work then try Accutane which will work for sure.

Backne sucks! I was always embarassed to take off my shirt because of it.

Dantes I know how you feel bro, my shoulders look like I must have taken a sick amount of juice. I can't believe how the acne just targets my deltoids but nowhere else. In anycase acne is a pain in the ass!

Salicilic Acid 2%.... aka clearisil pads... works wonderfully.... I did that in conjunction with going tanning and cleared EVERYTHING up in about a month.

guggul and b-5 (4-5 grams a day until under control, then 2 for maintenance)....also make sure to take a shower at least twice a day (one of those times almost immediately after you workout)...I change my sweaty shirt and put a clean one on after I work out just to get home and shower, because sweat gets into pores and clogs them....

Also, get a proactiv product or an alternative out there and use that...helps balance the skin, even on the back and has worked wonders for me, a 30 year old poster boy for side effects...

tanning has worked for me in the past, but I have some scarring as well because of the tanning.

Don't scrub with a harsh back brush, leave it alone!! Try Tea Tree Body Bar by Paul Mitchell, this is it, about a month and you will be fine.
Just lather up in the shower and leave it sit on your back for about 2-3 minutes...after you get out of the shower you will also feel a nice cooling effect...But don't scrub it just use your hand

tanning and prescription cream called triaz. go see your dermatoligist man. ive always had bad backne since i was like 15. tanning is good too...but remember it will get worse before it gets better because the sun draws it out...then dries it up.
