Best thing for a chest cold?

any thoughts, I started to get one last night, today Im horking green crap outta my lungs, hurts like a bitch, also should I workout or skip a day .. and should I double protien intake ?
 
vics vapo rub and many many hours of sleep. then when you wake up have a nice meal and just relax all day with some cold medicine. when u go back to bed, more vics. rinse and repeat.

Okay man seriously I know you mean well, but the past couple posts I've seen you make you dictate training through injury and training while sick. I'm sorry but this is not a good example to set for anyone interested in training. If he trains hard while being sick chances are he'll be sick for a lot longer.

Train responsibly--training hard comes second.
