Best sushi in Los Angeles, NY, other major cities?

Urusawa is on rodeo dr. in beverly hills.. don't let the location fool you...It's not all show. I have dined at pretty much every top rated restaurant in the western united states and this place really deserves its reputation. This puts nobu to shame.. *(as do a lot of even cheap sushi places in the LA area) Sushi is not one of those things that can maintain consistency and quality when operations are scaled to multiple locations.

Where is Ursawa?

Phili - Morimoto's hands down the best i've had. Been to Nobu before and this top notch place in Atlanta. Morimoto's is tops for me. I have a small place by me called Edo Mae but no one is going to come from around the country to try it, very very good though.

Hatsuhana or Yamashiro in NYC... yep. that'll do. Nobu NY was a mind blowing experience back when Drew actually gave two shits and His holiness Matsuhisa was actually in the house, havent been in YEARS...

Best sushi I've had here in Vegas is Inaka Sushi on Eastern Ave.... It's off strip, but well worth it.

I really liked the Black Cod as well. It's cooked but it is awesome!
