Does beano work for normal gas? Like everyday non protein induced gas? I rip em on or off cycle.

What do you mix your protein with? If I use milk to mix in my protein mix, then people could possibly die when I unleash. However switching to just water works fine and no atomic bombz although the shake of course doesn't taste as good. Beano didn't do shit for me in this regard. Switching to water was the only thing that worked for me personally.
